Breakfast food and pastries were AMAZING! Staff were so attentive (I’ve never experienced before). A girl knocked on our door just to check with us and give us a chocolate. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym were the cleanest and nicest I have ever experienced. The coffee (egg coffee in particular) in the Lounge is amazing (as is the view). Staff are so helpful in helping you get to the airport, print off documents, giving a welxome rosemary tea (so tasty). So worth the money- you wouldn’t get similar for that price in Ireland. Food w bit pricey but to be expected. The staff didn’t have the best English but absolutely did their best to help! Thank you for a great stay! I didn’t want to leave.

She was incredibly amazing, always wearing a smile and exemplifying what true hospitality should be. In all my travels, I’ve rarely encountered someone like her. Please ensure she is recognized and rewarded, as these qualities should not go unnoticed. They play a crucial role in employee motivation and retention.
