Breakfast food and pastries were AMAZING! Staff were so attentive (I’ve never experienced before). A girl knocked on our door just to check with us and give us a chocolate. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym were the cleanest and nicest I have ever experienced. The coffee (egg coffee in particular) in the Lounge is amazing (as is the view). Staff are so helpful in helping you get to the airport, print off documents, giving a welxome rosemary tea (so tasty). So worth the money- you wouldn’t get similar for that price in Ireland. Food w bit pricey but to be expected. The staff didn’t have the best English but absolutely did their best to help! Thank you for a great stay! I didn’t want to leave.

The property has everything you need . Is a fantastic hotel. The staff is incredible , the food , the spa, gym, pool. And I was in love with the fact they have their own garden for vegetables and herbal garden.

Great hotel. Good service. A lot of nice spots for pictures. Hotel land property was enormous. Nice privacy away from motorcycle madness as if I was in totally different place.

A very clean and spacious hotel. Club lounge facilities were extensive. The afternoon tea for Christmas Eve was very lite although the canapes and cocktails made up for this with an array of full dinner items on the menu. Many waiters and waitresses serving and the club lounge atmosphere, though full to capacity, was relaxing and enjoyable. We also had lunch at the lounge where the service was consistently fantastic and the food was delicious. We ordered pho with sweet and sour soup. It was amazing! We also had the buffet breakfast in JW Cafe the following morning as the club lounge does not serve breakfast on weekends and this buffet was extensive and the food was the best buffet style we have tried in Ha Noi. We have tried Pan Pacific on Christmas Eve and Intercontinental Seafood Buffet on a weekend and JW Cafe buffet breakfast and the Christmas Brunch exceeded all other standards of buffet food restaurants so far. Highly recommended! The view from the room was really something even on a very air polluted day and the Christmas decorations around the hotel and in the club lounge were really a wonderful touch! Along with the season's greeting card and Christmas cookies left during turn-down service.

Modern and relatively new property. Very good facilities especially the common jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Gym was good too. The food was especially good in fact, the best I had at an Executive Lounge.
